Permits must be obtained prior to undertaking regulated activities as defined in the Park Rules and Regulations. Applications to conduct regulated activities or uses must be submitted at least thirty (30) days in advance of the planned event, activity or use. Regulated activities include, but are not limited to, field use, commercial or restrictive film/photography, and special events.

Hudson River Park tenants may require additional or separate permits for activities. Please check the HRPT event sites page to determine whether the location you are seeking is under the jurisdiction of Hudson River Park or one of its tenants.
