As a New York state public benefit corporation, the Hudson River Park Trust is subject to certain report and policy posting requirements mandated by the State Public Authorities Law. Board of Directors

The Trust Board generally meets six times a year. A meeting notice is posted a month or more in advance of the next scheduled meeting. For more information on the Trust's Board, click here.

Personal and real property transactions

In accordance with Section 7.2 of the Hudson River Park Act, the Trust is not authorized to acquire or hold title to real property. Dispositions are restricted to leases and other limited term property agreements in accordance with Section 7.11 of the Act. The annexed Lease regulations identify the requirements and restrictions regarding the leasing of Trust property. Disposition of any personal property is handled in accordance with the annexed Trust Surplus Property Policy and Procedures.
