On Saturday, May 13, Healthy on the Hudson at the Hudson River Park Games will turn Pier 26 into NYC's most scenic and eclectic fitness studio! Our Yoga Pod, Bootcamp Turf and Spin stage feature classes by the city’s top trainers and boutique gyms, all bringing their A-game to our beautiful waterfront—plus, all proceeds benefit your Park. What better way to kick start your summer?

Strengthen and focus your mind and body at our Yoga Pod.

Sweat and rock out with RETOX, roar on and off the mat with Lyons Den Power Yoga, practice accessible, inclusive Vinyasa Flow with Yoga Vida or a more vigorous, athletic approach with Pure Yoga. No matter your level or preferred style, this is your time to take your practice to our piers!

Sweat it out on our Bootcamp Turf.

Take on a non-stop dance cardio workout with ((305)) Fitness, get your high-intensity Fresh Air FHIX with Fhitting Room or enjoy a mix of dance cardio, strength and flexibility with AKT.

Get Stoked to challenge your body and mind with The Stoked Method by Kira Stokes, tone and condition with Bari or challenge yourself to high intensity interval training with SWITCH Playground. This is truly a lineup of NYC’s premier studios – and we can’t wait to have them on our Turf!

Shift your workout into high gear at our Spin Stage.

The hottest, beat-based cycling experience anywhere comes to our waterfront -- exclusively driven by the Cycologists at Cyc. Take the "weight" off your shoulders and transform your stress into sweat. Hills, jogs, jumps and the perfect balance of resistance will free your mind and keep your body lean.

The Games are an amazing way to have fun and get fit while giving back to New York’s Park for Play. All registrations are a direct donation supporting your Park’s future recreational programming.
