Virtual Science

With the conclusion of City Nature Challenge 2021, we’ll take a closer look at what was found that week in the Park’s Estuarine Sanctuary, both by our community and staff.

We’ll identify the most abundant species observed with iNaturalist, congratulate those who made the most observations and highlight some of the best images from the week. You’ll also get a chance to ask Park staff questions!

Join us on Facebook live @HudsonRiverPark at 12 PM on Wednesday, May 5. If you are a teacher or educator and would like to have your class join via Zoom, please contact

Stay up to date with HRPK’s River Project to enjoy virtual programs and connect with the Park’s Estuarine Sanctuary. Science programming for everyone!
