This summer, we are back to working out in person, on our piers! Try out our free group workouts along the sparkling Hudson River waterfront—from yoga to high intensity interval training, HRPK is the place to be for a scenic fitness boost this summer.

We’ve teamed up with some of the best in fitness to bring you a free, dynamic variety of workouts and trainings along the riverside. Whether you prefer Pilates, Tai Chi or running along the esplanade—or even learning something new!—our outdoor exercise classes are adaptable to all experience levels to help keep you Healthy on the Hudson.

All sessions are free and open to the public! Check out each daily schedule for more information about these classes.

Registration for these classes is required; tickets are free. Please sign up early—space is limited. Bring your own mat to class!
