Hudson River Walks

Virtual Science
Pier 26 Tide Deck

As one of Manhattan’s largest continuous green spaces, Hudson River Park offers a wealth of activities and areas to explore. There is biking and kayaking and waterfront views, but did you know this park is filled with history too? Join Hudson River Park staff for virtual tours of the Park’s historic landmarks and natural spaces, all from the comfort of your home.

Pier 26 Tide Deck

Join us for our next walk on the Pier 26 Tide Deck, a manufactured rocky tidal marsh located at the western end of Pier 26. Tune in to get a behind the scenes look at this interesting and immersive ecological area in Hudson River Park. Tide pools and coastal marsh plants help make this a unique environment in HRPK’s Sanctuary waters.
