The Pier 63 Lawn Bowl is closed for the season and will reopen in the spring.
While in Chelsea, catch some rays on Pier 63 and Pier 64. The green lawn bowl offers the largest open space in Hudson River Park. This expansive lawn is one of our most popular Chelsea neighborhood attractions, and it is the perfect place to sunbathe!
With nearby restaurants and other HRPK activities, one might rush past. We think it is worth a moment of pause before leaving the Park, especially to take in the views. Bring a blanket—it’s also a wonderful place for picnics and to just relax.
