Healthy on the Hudson offers a variety of accessible, exciting fitness classes led by NYC’s best trainers in your west side backyard all summer.

Healthy on the Hudson classes are free and open to the public, from June to September. These 60-minute classes are free and a great fit for any fitness level. Join us in sweating it out on the riverfront!
