Build your strength this summer at Hudson River Park!

Healthy on the Hudson offers a variety of accessible, exciting fitness classes led by NYC’s best trainers in your west side backyard all summer. These 60-minute classes are free and a great fit for any fitness level. Join us in sweating it out on the riverfront!

Experience Tone House‘s signature Conditioning workout every Monday, featuring sprints, agility drills, drop downs, partner work and sports-inspired movements designed to Unleash Your Inner Athlete. Whether you’re a former athlete or just starting out on your fitness journey, all levels are welcome to try this fun, challenging, and team-based workout.

Healthy on the Hudson classes are free and open to the public from June to September. Refer to the weekly schedule for further details and check our events calendar to keep updated on changes and weather cancellations.
