NYC’s best trainers will be bringing the energy all summer long for this beloved series of fitness classes. These 60-minute workouts are free to attend and a great fit for any fitness level.
Healthy on the Hudson Conditioning classes are a full-body workout designed to build your strength, endurance and agility. This season’s Conditioning classes will be led by coaches and trainers from PureGym.

Healthy on the Hudson classes are free and open to the public from June to September. Refer to the weekly schedule for further details and check our events calendar to keep updated on changes and weather cancellations.

- Mondays: Conditioning with PureGym
- Pier 25 at N Moore St.
- Tuesdays: HIIT with Chelsea Piers Fitness
- Pier 46 at Charles St.
- Wednesdays: Pilates, Strength and Sculpt with obé Fitness
- Pier 97 at W 55 St.
- Thursdays: Yoga with Chelsea Piers Fitness
- Pier 64 at W 24 St.
