David Zussman is the Chief Financial Officer of Related Companies, where he oversees the firm’s corporate finance, capital markets, accounting and treasury functions, and serves on the investment committees for Related and for funds managed by Related Fund Management.
David joined Related in 2010 and has played a vital role in more than $30 billion of transactions across the platform and in the development, capital strategy, and financial management of Hudson Yards, the largest private real estate development in U.S. history. He was named to Crain’s “40 Under 40” in 2022.
David also serves on the Governing Board of America Needs You, a nonprofit that provides mentorship and career development support to first-generation college students. He earned a BBA with High Distinction from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. David lives in West Chelsea with his wife and son.
