Noreen Doyle was appointed as President & Chief Executive Officer of the Hudson River Park Trust in June 2021. From 2004 until 2021, she served as the Trust’s Executive Vice President. During that period, she worked on many of the Park’s signature design, construction, environmental and planning initiatives. From 1994 through 2001, she also worked for the Trust and its predecessor organization, the Hudson River Park Conservancy, in several capacities, including as Vice President for Environmental Planning & Communications. Between these two periods, she worked as a Vice President at AKRF, Inc., an environmental and planning consultant in Manhattan. Ms. Doyle has also held other positions in the public, private and non-profit sectors. She has a BA from Smith College and completed coursework toward a doctoral degree in Comparative Literature at New York University.
