Tired of the same workouts? Take your health outdoors with our Healthy on the Hudson series. Check out our free summer workouts for some fitness inspiration along HRPK’s sparkling waterfront. Start your week off with Tai Chi in the Park, featuring teachers from the Taoist Tai Chi Society of the USA at Pier 84 on Mondays. If something more high impact is your jam, head down to TriBeCa on Wednesdays and workout with the team from lululemon Brookfield Place. Thursday nights bring yoga to your west side backyard at Pier 46, led by Chelsea Piers Fitness instructors. Check the schedule for New York Outrigger sessions as well - all Healthy on the Hudson classes are free but do require registration and classes fill up early. Save your spot and sweat in the Park!
