Field Cancellation Form

Fill out this form to notify Hudson River Park Trust that you are cancelling your field permit for a single permit session.

Organizations must notify Hudson River Park Trust before any field permit cancellations. Permittees may be credited up to three (3) non-weather related cancellations, and must give at least seventy-two (72) hours notice. If any sessions are cancelled by HRPT or due to inclement weather, the sessions will be credited towards a future season.

Please be aware that crediting is not guaranteed for all canceled sessions.
