I irrevocably grant to Hudson River Park Trust, and to its affiliates, successors, and assigns, and Hudson River Park Friends (collectively “HRPT”), permission to publish and use any photographs, video recordings, recordings of my voice, statements, performances, appearances or other images of me taken in Hudson River Park (the “Images”), without compensation to me, in HRPT’s publications, fundraising documents, social media, and in other materials, for archival, curatorial, educational, and publicity purposes, such as promotion of the event, Hudson River Park, HRPT, and tourism in and to the City of New York, in any medium now existing or hereafter developed. HRPT may publish and re-publish, use and re-use the Images in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other Images. HRPT may also crop or otherwise alter or edit the Images, as it deems appropriate, to meet space requirements or to enhance the function or effectiveness of the Images. HRPT may, in its sole discretion, identify me by name in connection with the Images, but shall not be required to do so. All Images shall remain the sole property of HRPT. I further understand that HRPT is under no obligation to use any media containing said Images.

I agree that I will not assert or maintain against HRPT any claim, action, suit or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever, including but not limited to those grounded upon invasion of privacy, publicity or other civil rights, or for any reason in connection with your authorized use of my physical likeness or sound in any form of media.

I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these Images or participation in HRPT marketing materials or other HRPT publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of the Images shall not confer on me any rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

I hereby release and hold harmless HRPT from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above. I hereby release HRPT, its contactors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
