Hudson River Dance Festival

This year’s Hudson River Dance Festival lineup was curated to highlight a diversity of expression and movement. Join us Thursday, June 6 and Friday, June 7 for performances by world-class dance companies. This family-friendly festival is free for all to enjoy, a unique opportunity to experience powerful arrangements of music and movement against a distinctively vibrant backdrop: the Hudson River at sunset.

Hudson RiverKids: Drag Queen Story Hour

On Monday, June 17 and Thursday, June 20, join us at Hudson RiverKids for Drag Queen Story Hour with Harmonica Sunbeam. Drag Queen Story Hour captures the imagination and play of the gender fluidity of childhood—giving kids a glamorous, positive, unabashedly queer role model. Kids are able to see people who defy rigid gender restrictions and imagine a world where people can present as they wish, where dress up is real.

Welcome to your west side Ballroom! On Tuesday, June 25 and July 2, join us on for ballroom dance classes, taught by Robbie Tristan. Known for creating inclusive spaces for same-sex and non-binary couples and their friends, we are happy to partner with Robbie on these new classes in HRPK. All are welcome!

Heritage of Pride Family Movie Night

Join us on Friday, June 21 for Heritage of Pride Family Movie Night, for an evening of family fun! Together, we’ll enjoy Coco under the stars. In Disney/Pixar’s vibrant tale of family, fun and adventure, aspiring young musician named Miguel (voice of newcomer Anthony Gonzalez) embarks on an extraordinary journey to the magical land of his ancestors.

The Center Garden Party

At The Center’s annual Taste of Pride Garden Party on Monday, June 24, outstanding chefs and restaurant partners curate a deliciously evocative collection of restaurants that embody the spirit of The Center and World Pride, bringing each of their unique culinary perspectives to enrich the event.

Pride Island

Hudson River Park has long been the home of Pride Island—an epicenter of NYC Pride celebration. This year—with World Pride NYC and Stonewall 50—the multi-day live musical event is set to redefine the NYC Pride experience. This year’s lineup includes the legendary Saturday headliner Grace Jones, along with Teyana Taylor, Pabllo Vittar and more.
