NYC’s best trainers will be bringing the energy all summer long for this beloved series of fitness classes. These 60-minute workouts are free to attend and a great fit for any fitness level.

Healthy on the Hudson HIIT classes offer a workout that builds endurance and leaves you feeling energized. This season’s HIIT classes will be led by coaches and trainers from Chelsea Piers Fitness.

Healthy on the Hudson classes are free and open to the public from June to September. Refer to the weekly schedule for further details and check our events calendar to keep updated on changes and weather cancellations.
