Join us to build strength and break a sweat!

NYC’s best trainers will be bringing the energy all summer long for this beloved series of fitness classes. These 60-minute workouts are free to attend and a great fit for any fitness level.

This season’s Healthy on the Hudson classes will be led by coaches and trainers from obé Fitness and will include Pilates, Strength, and Sculpt — all designed to be accessible and welcoming for all fitness levels. Pilates will focus on low-impact core strength and mobility, Strength classes will build power and endurance through functional movement, and Sculpt will deliver a full-body burn with energizing, low-impact toning work.

Healthy on the Hudson classes are free and open to the public from June to September. Refer to the weekly schedule for further details and check our events calendar to keep updated on changes and weather cancellations.
