We are excited to collaborate with renowned Sports Medicine Physician Dr. Jordan Metzl, from the Hospital for Special Surgery, during these Healthy on the Hudson workout sessions.
At these special Healthy on the Hudson classes, you can join the IronStrength® method, which includes everything from dance, Pilates, yoga, barre and HIIT.
Healthy on the Hudson classes are free and open to the public from June to September. Refer to the weekly schedule for further details and check our events calendar to keep updated on changes and weather cancellations.
Remember to save your spot early—space is limited!
Please note that participants should bring their own water bottle to class. For Yoga classes, participants should bring their own mat.
