We are excited to collaborate with renowned Sports Medicine Physician Dr. Jordan Metzl, from the Hospital for Special Surgery, during these Healthy on the Hudson workout sessions.

At these special Healthy on the Hudson classes, you can join the IronStrength® method, which includes everything from dance, Pilates, yoga, barre and HIIT.

Join us for a fun and energizing Pilates session led by Lydia Dallas. Get ready to strengthen your core, improve your flexibility, and boost your overall well-being in the beautiful setting of Pier 63.

Come and enjoy a refreshing workout while connecting with nature and like-minded individuals. Let’s sweat, stretch, and smile together at this exciting event. Don’t forget to bring your mat, water bottle and positive energy!

Healthy on the Hudson classes are free and open to the public from June to September. Refer to the weekly schedule for further details and check our events calendar to keep updated on changes and weather cancellations.

Please note that participants should bring their own water bottle to class. For Yoga, Pilates, Sculpt and Strength classes, participants should bring their own mat.
