Join us in the spring and fall to welcome in the season with midday melodies.
Wednesdays at noon in May and September, bring your blanket and lunch and settle in on 14th Street Park’s expansive lawn for a midweek performance by unmatched performers. These lunchtime concerts will feature artists from around New York City, in partnership with the Jazz Foundation of America, MORE Opera and The Bishop Presents.

About the Artists: Kim Clarke Trio
Queens native Kim Clarke is a sought-after bassist in both the jazz and R&B realms, best known for her long association with jazz legend Bertha Hope and the influential funk group Defunkt. In 2015 the Jazz Journalists’ Association named her a New York City Jazz Hero, in large part due to her founding of the long-running Lady Got Chops Festival. This show features a special guitar trio.
