Join the Meatpacking BID, the Wellth Collective, and the Google Store for a fun al fresco fitness series consisting of three free 45-minute classes at 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
Classes will consist of a variety of modalities including yoga, bootcamp, dance cardio, boxing, Pilates and more. The Sweat Sessions will take place at 14th Street Park July 23, July 30, August 13 and August 27.
Class Schedule – Tuesday, July 30
5:30 PM: DanceBody
This DanceBody class fuses together feel good, easy-to-follow, dance cardio with full body sculpt intervals – no equipment or experience needed. Make sure to wear supportive sneakers and be ready to sweat!
6:30 PM: Pilates Fusion
Pilates Fusion a low-impact mindful movement class blending Pilates, Barre and Yoga. All levels are welcome.

Lauren is a Cancer Exercise Trainer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, clean beauty advocate with Crunchi and curates mindful corporate wellness workshops.
