David Weil is a Senior Advisor at Warburg Pincus, a leading private equity firm, where he identifies investments with substantial M&A opportunities and works with a wide range of portfolio companies in accelerating their inorganic growth. He also hosts an annual governance conference, The Fall Engagement Summit. He has over two decades of experience in mergers & acquisitions at both Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse.
He is Chair of the Board of SCM Insurance Services, and a Board Member of Sweeping Corporation of America and Certified Laboratories. David is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School. He lives in Hudson Square.
