The Hudson River Park Trust is seeking comments on its proposed amendments to the Rules and Regulations under Part 751 to Title 21 NYCRR. The Trust seeks to create a new penalty schedule for the enforcement of violations of Park rules, reorganize rule sections, and provide minor text changes.
