Healthy on the Hudson

We are excited to collaborate with renowned Sports Medicine Physician Dr. Jordan Metzl, from the Hospital for Special Surgery, during these Healthy on the Hudson workout sessions.

At these special Healthy on the Hudson classes, you can join the IronStrength® method, which includes everything from dance, Pilates, yoga, barre and HIIT.

Get ready to sweat it out with a dynamic combination of HIIT by Dr. Metzl and Dance Cardio led by our expert instructors Dr. Tiana Woolridge and Sarah Hoffman. Whether you’re a fitness fanatic or just looking to have some fun, this event is perfect for all levels.

Schedule of Events – June 9

  • 6:30–6:50 PM: HIIT with Dr. Jordan Metzl
  • 6:50–7:10 PM: Zumba with Dr. Tiana Woolridge
  • 7:10–7:30 PM: Dance Cardio with Sarah Hoffman

Healthy on the Hudson classes are free and open to the public from June to September. Refer to the weekly schedule for further details and check our events calendar to keep updated on changes and weather cancellations.

Please note that participants should bring their own water bottle to class. For Yoga, Pilates, Sculpt and Strength classes, participants should bring their own mat.
