Come flow in the Park with us, led by Modo Yoga NYC.

Turning the Park’s most scenic spaces into riverfront gyms, Healthy on the Hudson offers a variety of fun, refreshing and free fitness classes led by NYC’s best trainers and studios! This weekly series invites New Yorkers of all fitness levels to get moving outdoors.

Enjoy a yoga class in a truly unique location, taught by some of the best instructors in New York City. Modo Yoga classes are built on the foundation of our Modo series—a dynamic system of postures and breathing exercises. Modo classes are accessible to all, from beginners to advanced students. A typical Modo class will have around 40 postures. Each class is intended to open, strengthen and relax the entire body.

Classes are free and open to the public, all summer long. Refer to the weekly schedule for further details.

About Modo Yoga NYC

Modo Yoga NYC is an eco-friendly and socially conscious hot yoga studio with locations in the West Village and Williamsburg. We are a community of inspired students, joined together by our love of yoga, our commitment to protecting the earth, and our drive to bring more peace into the world. We are a place for all. Whether you are an absolute beginner or a more experienced student, we offer accessible classes that are challenging, healthy and fun!

Healthy on the Hudson Schedule

  • Mondays: Varied programming; check event calendar for details.
  • Tuesdays: Flow Yoga – Pier 64 at W 24 St.
  • Wednesdays: Conditioning – Pier 25 at N Moore St.
  • Thursdays: HIIT – Pier 97 at W 57 St.

Please note that participants should bring their own mat and water bottle to the class.
