Hudson River Park is the place to be during the summer for recreation and sweating on the riverfront! Whether you are a runner exploring our esplanades, or want to participate in solo-workouts, HRPK is here to support you getting Healthy on the Hudson.
Please join us every Monday night at 6:30 PM on the Park’s Facebook account for a live Healthy on the Hudson class. Featuring a variety of wellness-based practices, instructors will lead sessions focused on mindfulness, and easing the stiff muscles many are experiencing from staying at home!
If you want to get outside, our four-miles offer many open lawns and turf fields for socially distant workouts. While we are unable to program in the Park at this moment in time, our Healthy on the Hudson presenting sponsor, lululemon has curated videos for our Park audience to use. Regardless of workout location, these videos are sure to get your heart pumping and inspire you to move.

At lululemon Community is everything. While Vancouver, Canada, is where you can trace our beginnings, our global community isn’t just where we are, it’s who we are. From yoga classes and mindful moments, to high-intensity training sessions, to runs of all distances, we believe sweat has the power to bring people together.
