Join the Meatpacking BID, Wellth Collective, and Rivian for a fun al fresco fitness series consisting of three free 45-minute classes at 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
Classes will consist of a variety of modalities including yoga, boot camp, dance cardio, boxing, Pilates and more. The Sweat Sessions will take place at 14th Street Park July 15, July 29, August 5, August 12 and August 19.
After you’ve crushed your workout, head over to the Rivian Flagship across the street for a refreshing cool-down session. Don’t miss out on this fun way to sweat, connect, and re-energize!
Class Schedule – Tuesday, August 12
5:30 PM: Barre3
Barre3 is a full-body balanced workout that combines strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness to help you feel balanced in your body and empowered from within.
6:30 PM: 305 Fitness
Join 305 Fitness for a non-stop cardio PARTY featuring sports drills, conditioning exercises, and high intensity interval training. About halfway through each class, the instructor will lead a sculpting section, targeting different body parts each class, followed by a five-minute “sprint” of interval training. The class ends with more dancing, a cool down, and a stretch.

Class Details
Proper athletic attire must be worn. Late arrivals after 10 minutes will not be permitted.
Notices of cancellation or postponement due to weather conditions will be emailed in advance of class.
Please bring your own mat. Meatpacking will not be providing mats for the 2025 season.
