Healthy on the Hudson

Join the Meatpacking BID, Wellth Collective, and Rivian for a fun al fresco fitness series consisting of three free 45-minute classes at 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM.

Classes will consist of a variety of modalities including yoga, boot camp, dance cardio, boxing, Pilates and more. The Sweat Sessions will take place at 14th Street Park July 15, July 29, August 5, August 12 and August 19.

After you’ve crushed your workout, head over to the Rivian Flagship across the street for a refreshing cool-down session. Don’t miss out on this fun way to sweat, connect, and re-energize!

Class Schedule – Tuesday, August 5

5:30 PM: DanceBody

This DanceBody class fuses together feel-good, easy-to-follow, dance cardio with full-body sculpt intervals—no equipment or experience needed. Make sure to wear supportive sneakers and be ready to sweat!

6:30 PM: Savor + Sweat by Erin Stewart

After years of dancing professionally—and experiencing the physical toll it took on her body—Erin developed a sustainable fitness method that is not only effective but also energizing, empowering, and inspiring. Her approach emphasizes creating long, lean lines through a focus on posture, form, and functional strength.

7:30 PM: Sculpt & HIIT with Robert Cadiz

Sculpt & HIIT is a dynamic mat-based workout designed to build strength, boost endurance, and fire up your core. Using resistance bands and your own body weight, you’ll move through focused sculpting sequences that lengthen and tone, seamlessly paired with high-intensity intervals to spike your heart rate and torch calories.

Expect plenty of core-centered work to enhance stability and posture, layered with energizing bursts that keep your body guessing and your mind engaged. This class is low-impact friendly, completely mat-based (no fancy equipment needed other than resistance bands), and easily adapted for all fitness levels—so whether you’re a HIIT fanatic or new to Pilates-inspired training, you’ll feel challenged, strong, and empowered.

Class Details

Proper athletic attire must be worn.  Late arrivals after 10 minutes will not be permitted.

Notices of cancellation or postponement due to weather conditions will be emailed in advance of class.

Please bring your own mat. Meatpacking will not be providing mats for the 2025 season.

Please note that participants should bring their own water bottle to class. For Yoga, Pilates, Sculpt and Strength classes, participants should bring their own mat.
