Join the Meatpacking BID, the Wellth Collective, and the Google Store for a fun al fresco fitness series consisting of three free 45-minute classes at 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
Classes will consist of a variety of modalities including yoga, bootcamp, dance cardio, boxing, Pilates and more. The Sweat Sessions will take place at 14th Street Park July 16, July 30, August 13 and August 27.
Class Schedule – Tuesday, July 16
5:30 PM: Barre3
Barre3 is a full-body balanced workout that combines strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness to help you feel balanced in body and empowered from within.
6:30 PM: SaltDrop
SaltDrop is a beat-driven, mat-based celebration of movement. Throughout the majority of class, participants are led through flow sequences inspired by yoga and pilates. This movement prepares and heats the body – think slow and steady. The remaining piece of class is beat-driven plyometrics, that builds into a deep, intense cardio burn – think endurance.
7:30 PM: Yogamaya
Yogamaya puts magic in your vinyasa flow. Meet your best Self through our expertly guided and blissful signature Yogamaya Flow class, set to a hypnotic playlist you’ll definitely want to screenshot after class.
