Turning the Park’s most scenic spaces into riverfront gyms, Healthy on the Hudson offers a variety of fun, refreshing and free fitness classes led by NYC’s best trainers and spaces! This series invites New Yorkers of all fitness levels to get moving outdoors.

Classes are free and open to the public, all summer long. Refer to the weekly schedule for further details.

Healthy on the Hudson Schedule

  • Mondays: Varied programming; check event calendar for details.
  • Tuesdays: Flow Yoga – Pier 64 at W 24 St.
  • Wednesdays: Conditioning – Pier 25 at N Moore St.
  • Thursdays: HIIT – Pier 97 at W 57 St.

Please note that participants should bring their own mat and water bottle to the class.
