Four-Legged Friends Program

The Hudson River Park Four-Legged Friends program enables dogs, their dog people, and businesses to build a “pawsitive” community and ensure our dog-friendly Park stays clean, green and growing (with tails wagging). Woof!

By raising awareness and investing in our Park and its dog runs, the Four-Legged Friends community makes a difference every single day for HRPK pups and dogs. Our public dog spaces are in need of constant maintenance, cleaning and renovations. Together, we care for and continue building our dog-friendly Park.

Membership

Your annual Four-Legged Friends membership means you’ll enjoy VIP opportunities and discounts at local businesses who are Community Partners. This is one of the best ways for dog people to enjoy the Park and help it thrive.

Four-Legged Friends Events

Every fall and spring, we invite our dog-loving community to special dog-friendly events that feature treats for pups and humans, dog photography and more!

Become a Dog Park Ambassador

Dog run ambassadors are the key volunteers and outreach leaders of our Four-Legged Friends program. The only requirement: You are outgoing, enthusiastic and a dog-loving regular at your local HRPK Dog Run(s).
