Join us at the Discovery Tank for a special evening of science storytelling.
We’re teaming up with The Story Collider for an evening of true, personal stories about science. Story Collider helps showcase the vibrant role that science plays in our lives through the art of storytelling. These live events happen all across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom and feature personal stories connected to science.
Life can throw us all curveballs from time to time, but what we take away from them — from lessons learned to lumps, bumps or bruises — may make all the difference. Join us for an evening of true, personal stories about science from some of New York’s most lively storytellers inside Hudson River Park’s gorgeous Pier 57!
This event is hosted by Zack Stovall and Christine Williams. Registration is recommended for ages 18+ and includes a selection of complimentary beverages including beer and soft drinks.
Storytellers:
- Cartoonist and comedian Milly McDermott
- Comedian, television writer, and host of the You Are The Genre podcast Tim Barnes
- Writer, performer, and two-time Moth StorySlam winner Joe Charnitski
- Serious science enthusiast Teesta Naskar
