Accessibility
Pursuant to Title I and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Hudson River Park Trust provides reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities to assist such individuals in participating in Park and Trust activities and events.
These specific rules govern conflicts of interest and outside activities and may be amended by a majority vote of the Trust Board of Directors in accordance with applicable Trust By-Laws requirements.
The Estuarine Sanctuary Management Plan provides guidelines for resource protection, public access, recreation, education, research, park policies, laws & regulations.
The Kayak and Canoe policy identifies practical measures to be followed to promote both safety and fun on the Hudson River. While in Hudson River Park’s designated boundaries, boaters should be mindful of this policy as well as obey all federal, state and local boating rules and regulations.
