Annual Financing Plan
Hudson River Park’s Annual Financing Plan is prepared annually by February 1, before adoption of New York State or New York City Budgets for the coming fiscal year. The New York State budget year begins annually on April 1, while the New York City budget year begins annually on July 1. As a result, the Trust’s annual Financing Plan is a projection based on information available as of February 1.

Hudson River Park’s Fiscal Year is from April 1 through March 31.

Quarterly Financial Statements
The Hudson River Park Trust makes its quarterly financial statements available to the public. Please note that in each fiscal year, the fourth quarter statements are incorporated within the audited financial statements listed above.
