Discovery Tank

Hudson River Park’s Discovery Tank is an interactive technology-powered gallery and classroom that invites visitors of all ages to explore the local Hudson River environment.

Lilac

The LILAC, a historic steamship built in 1933 for the US Lighthouse service, docks on the north side of Hudson River Park’s Pier 25.

Frying Pan

Now found at Hudson River Park’s Pier 66, the Lightship “Frying Pan” is listed on both the New York State and National Registers of Historic Places.

John J. Harvey

John J. Harvey, a privately owned fireboat, is moored at Hudson River Park’s Pier 66a.

Intrepid

Located on Hudson River Park’s Pier 86, the Intrepid Museum was founded in 1982 with the acquisition of the USS Intrepid, a National Historic Landmark.

Pier 26 Tide Deck

The Tide Deck, located at the western edge of Pier 26, is a manufactured rocky salt marsh created to provide an immersive and educational river ecology experience for our park patrons.
