Business Council members are granted Pier Level Corporate membership. The core pillar of Corporate Membership is corporate and community engagement through Hudson River Park’s Volunteer Program, which provides the Park with thousands of extra sets of hands needed to keep its gardens and grounds healthy and vibrant, while promoting teamwork and your brand as a good corporate citizen in the community. Meetings and Activities

  • The Business Council representatives, guests and experts come together for educational, networking, cultural and social sessions. They share and discuss best practices and experiences on various and relevant societal, economic and business related topics. 
  • Lunch and Learn: Business Council members are invited to host an employee Information session. Topics could include Hudson River Park and Manhattan’s West Side history and future development; HRPK’s sustainability efforts, including river and wetland enhancement, composting program, and wildlife conservation and biodiversity enrichment from Friends’ Executive Director and other Park notables.
