2025 Hudson River Park Friends Annual Report

From fabulous festivals and seasonal celebrations to stunning sunsets and reflective retreats in nature, 2025 in Hudson River Park was filled with joy, play, laughter and wonder.

Hudson River Park’s 550 acres of land, piers and water welcome millions of New Yorkers and city visitors each year. With more than 400 free public programs  — spanning science education, environmental stewardship, dance, music and fitness — the Park offers opportunities to get healthy, be inspired and experience nature in our chaotic urban environment. These cherished moments contribute to the strength of the entire Friends community — members, volunteers, partners, donors, visitors and neighbors who help make Hudson River Park a place filled with discovery, connection and happiness.

Through a unique public-private partnership with the Hudson River Park Trust, your continued support makes this vital impact on New York City possible. We are profoundly grateful for your extraordinary generosity in championing this beloved New York treasure.

With sincere gratitude,

Diana L. Taylor,
Chair, Board of Directors

Connie Fishman,
Executive Director
